Donna DiNisco, President/Principal
Donna is responsible for the strategic planning and operations for the firm. In addition, she enjoys being involved with every project, participating in every aspect of the project—from programming to design to construction administration. She enjoys attending construction job meetings, participating in construction related issues as well as closing out the project. Her focus is client relations, budget, schedule, coordination with the consultants, as well as the design of the technology and FF&E requirements for each project. Donna also ensures each project receives the appropriate Sustainable Design status based upon each community’s commitment. Ms. DiNisco has a strong ability to comprehensively identify issues and has expertise in developing creative yet practical solutions. She gathers input from all involved parties to identify the best approach for everyone, thus fostering support for project approval.

Richard Rice, Principal
Rick manages projects from planning and design through construction. His expertise in monitoring quality control and project cost is evident in the high quality of each completed facility and the satisfaction of its owners and users. Rick is both creative and conscientious in looking at each project independently to guide the early conceptual design phase, while finding the means to successfully complete projects on time and within budget. Rick is also responsible for office-wide quality control of construction documents.

Vivian Low, Principal
Vivian possesses extensive experience in project management in addition to her architectural design experience. She has gained expertise through a variety of studies and design projects throughout her career. Her portfolio includes institutional work, healthcare, and educational work for both K-12 and higher education.

Jim Shuttleworth, Principal
Throughout Jim’s years of design experience, he has earned the respect of clients, OPMs, and contractors, all of whom recognize his diligence, dedication, and commitment to a philosophy of teamwork and excellence. His areas of expertise include comprehensive design, feasibility studies, public permitting, programming, cost estimating, and specifications, and most importantly engaging clients in a collaborative process to identify their needs and facilitate their vision.

Kenneth F. DiNisco, Founder
The size of our firm allows all phases of a project to be influenced by the founding principal of the firm. Ken leads by example, providing personal service and exceptional effort on behalf of our clients. Ken promotes creativity, interdependence, and teamwork in the architectural process. His primary role in each project is to provide support to the project team to ensure that the client’s goals are being achieved. These attributes have yielded innovative, skillful, and thoughtful design and construction.
