We do not impose a specific design aesthetic; rather, we attune our work precisely to the needs of each client. Moreover, all projects receive the close attention of our senior staff. Our philosophy is personal service.

Qualifications
Project costs range from under $100,000 to well over $50 million. We have carried out new construction, renovations and additions, including phased construction while buildings remain in operation. In addition, our experience includes historic restoration, “background” buildings and landmark structures. Public projects receive intense scrutiny, AND we are sensitive to this and are extremely responsive to budget, scheduling and quality control.

Project Support
We organize projects by teams, headed by a principal and a project manager. The team stays with the project from planning through construction to assure design clarity, document consistency, continuity and immediate responsiveness.
