Kenneth F. DiNisco,
President/ Principal
The size of our firm allows all phases of a project to
be under the direct supervision of the senior principal
of the firm. Ken leads by example providing personal service
and exceptional effort on behalf of our clients. For over
thirty years, Ken has promoted creativity, interdependence
and teamwork in the architectural process. His primary
role in each project is to provide support to the project
team to ensure that the client’s goals are being
achieved. These attributes have yielded innovative, skillful
and thoughtful design and construction.

Richard Rice, Vice
President
Rick manages projects from planning and design through
construction. His expertise to monitor quality control
and project cost is evident in the high quality of each
completed facility and the satisfaction of its owners
and users. Rick is both creative and conscientious in
looking at each project independently to guide the early
conceptual design phase, while finding means to successfully
complete projects on time and within budget. Rick is also
responsible for office wide quality control of construction
documents.

Gary Ainslie,
Vice President
With over 25 years of experience, Gary has successfully
managed educational facilities, and a variety of municipal
facilities. One of Gary’s primary roles in the firm
is to ensure quality and consistency in construction administration.
Gary is involved in project management from initial design
through construction, and is instrumental in coordination
of the bidding process. Clients and colleagues know Gary
for his rigorous attention to detail through every phase
of the building process.

Donna DiNisco-Crawford,
Vice President
Donna is involved with every project working with budgets
and cash flow projections. In addition, she is involved
with feasibility studies including enrollment and demographic
statistics and forecasts, program and educational specifications,
and grant applications. She translates each client's
program needs into specifications in accordance with
municipal/state/ federal standards. Her attention to
detail and ability to multi-task are evidenced by successful
grant applications, proven projections and client respect.
